In What Situations AreReturns/Compensation NOT Approved By happyonlinespot?

 

- Unapproved returns or returned products not processed through happyonlinespot’sRMA procedure;

- Received returned products that aredamaged because of inadequate return packaging;
- Products bought by mistake.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

For return back thedefective products to us, we suggest customers:

1. Pack the productswell

2. Use register air mailnot DHL,UPS and other express shipping way to send back the product to us. Wewill be charged high customs fee and our local customs may hold on the productsimported.

3. Write a letter in thepackage. Write down your order ID, your name and the reason why you send backthe product to us.

4. Tell us the trackingnumber after sending out the item to us. This will help us to follow the parcel.

5. Shipping back theproducts to us may take you a long time. We suggest you wait patiently. We willremind you as soon as we receive the parcel from you.

6. Buyer should pay forthe shipping when he send back us the product.

7. We will use Registerair mail to send back the replacement to buyer as soon as we receive the parcel.
